How we can get the paper box sample fast

How can make a print box sample to you before place the order.

Normally we will use digtal print machine to make one sample to customer, it is very fast. but we will have to confrim the printing, size, material ... with you.

What the steps for making digital sample?

Design drawing file: Use software such as AI/PS to design the unfolded drawing, and mark the bleed (3mm) and die-cut lines.

Digital printing: Output on digital printers (such as HP Indigo, Kodak) using coated paper or white card paper.

Cutting: Laser cutting machine: Precise cutting of box shapes (vector file required).

Hand knife: Cut along the cutting line with a steel ruler and a utility knife (suitable for simple box shapes).

Creases and assembly

Use an indentation pen or bone knife to draw the crease line.

Fold by hand and stick with double-sided tape or white tape.
